Believe...
* in
One God--the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit

that the Bible contains all the truth necessary for faith and Christian
living

that man is born with a sinful nature that is continually inclined to
evil and that man also commits willful acts of sin

that the atonement of Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that
whosoever repents, will be forgiven and must begin to live a life of
obedience

that the Holy Spirit cleanses the
sinful nature and empowers believers for service when they consecrate their
whole life to God in entire
sanctification

in the sacraments of baptism (an outward sign of an inward work of
salvation) and the Lord’s supper (communion - received by all who
know Christ as personal Savior, regardless of denomination)

that God heals according to His will and our prayer of faith; and
that we should not refuse necessary medical treatment
* that
Jesus will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take
place
